The initial consultation session was just as I expected, in a good way. Partly through the conversation I knew and confirmed that Alex’s approach was what I was looking for and I was ready to sign up for the sessions. In the initial consultation, Alex explained in very detail his approach, why it works, the benefits, and how it is different from other accent coaches’ approach, especially 2D sound motion which would help me to ‘see’ how certain sounds should be pronounced and understand the difference with how I am pronouncing it. Alex is very confident, energetic and passionate about his approach and how he can help me. I highly recommend the initial consultation with Alex if you are wondering how you can fast improve accents and pronunciation.

My first demo session went well. Alex is an amazing professor, and I love his sound-by-sound approach to helping me overcome my pronunciation challenges. He is a very professional and friendly professor/person. I didn’t even notice how my class was over. Time flies with the right person, I can tell! I like 2D Sound Motion he introduced to develop the American Sound! He introduced the Sound [t], and I started to speak this Sound after I saw 2D Sound Motion. I think it will help me understand how to pronounce American sounds more effectively. I also like the learning management platform where all classes are collected in one place.
Most importantly, I will be involved in constant evaluation by doing audio and video assignments. I took some courses before, but nobody actually made any sense to teach you natively. All I learned was to repeat after the teacher, but Alex created a program that helps make sense of how to use speech organs to speak American sounds! I love that and can’t wait to start. I am very excited to start learning with Alex and achieve my goals!

We met Alex and requested him to teach American accent to my son. He gave a class where he analyzed that my son doesn’t need help. Instead of enrolling him for sessions for money, he shared his feedback very honestly with me and my husband that my son doesn’t need help and his accent will automatically improve further more in next couple years.
